Oversaw the complete process for installations of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) nationwide of hotel and resort projects up to 600 rooms. Supervised up to 40 employees ensuring each project was completed on time.

Coordinate all aspects of 4 to 7 relocations each week within this temporary contract role while pursuing a permanent, long-term management position. Recommended by a former client to be the main point of contact for B&B's residential customers; lead teams of up to 4 to complete relocations on time and within budget.

Applied installation expertise to create a business that answered the onsite labor needs of newly constructed and recently renovated hotels, resorts and condos nationwide while independently providing onsite project management and coordination for up to 3 properties at a time.  Sourced and set up warehousing sites to meet the needs of projects nationwide and/or worked with established warehouses to ensure proper timelines for workflow  Liaison between the onsite team and the owners, owners reps, vice presidents, general managers, general contractors, interior designers, purchasing agents and misc. vendors.  Developed and correlated schedules with onsite teams of up to 40; motivated and earned laborer respect by effectively delegating duties, providing clear goals and fostering a collaborative, highly productive, high-energy work environment. Regularly reprioritized daily and weekly work plans to achieve the team’s scheduling and budgetary goals regardless of general contractor issues and delays. Estimated, coordinated and managed onsite staffing needs including travel expenses, local crew accommodations, workers compensation and other compliance-related activities; audited settlements as needed.  Provided direction and leadership to BPM coordinators based in 5 other states. Led pre-project meetings and communicated change order and project status updates to keep teammates on track and clients confidently informed.

Excelled as a FF&E independent contractor for Daryl Flood for over 3 years before being hired to work as a lead project manager by a Daryl Flood subsidiary, JDF Distribution Solutions, until the subsidiary ceased operations in 2008.Led and managed FF&E projects spanning 3 weeks to 6 months, with budgets up to $700K. Exceeded the expectations of top clients, including Sage Hospitality, Intrawest and Resort Ventures West; specifically requested by clients on several occasions to lead the onsite management of challenging projects with especially difficult deadlines.Nurtured relationship with Beyer-Brown & Associates to earn 100% of their contracts.Reviewed blueprints and take-offs to proactively address potential issues.As an independent project coordinator, received awards in 2004, 2005 and 2006 for ranking within the top 10% of 2K+ relocation providers nationwide.
