    I joined Simple as the second employee in a hands-on role and transitioned into leadership positions as the company grew. I took over the engineering organization in 2011 after our founding CTO left the company. During my tenure as VPE we launched, grew our customer base to over 100,000, and tripled the size of our team.As VP of Engineering, I was the lead technologist in the company and reported to the CEO.
