Part of a non-profit for electrical distributors. Designs and develops eLearning courseware, training materials, and educational videos. Performs regular duties such as writing course material, creating innovative ways to implement gamification into eLearning content, and short training videos for members. Part of a development team to improve company-wide procedures and processes. Works with other departments to design presentations or deliver technical assistance when needed.

Part of an electronic publishing team in interactive multimedia and online design. Manage and build eLearning modules, websites, custom sites, and apps in three LMS platforms (Learning Objects, Blackboard and Angel). The administrator of the company’s Quickbase application and managing department’s global issues to assess corrective measures.

The eLearning developer and LMS (LearningServer) liaison for CPI Corp. In charge of helping write, build, and design eLearning courses. Creates eLearning modules for educating, training or instructional guides. Uses designer tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Dreamweaver, and some Flash to enhance eLearning modules.
