Mr. Meuser was a BI Technical Lead in the Advantage Retail Program, which replaced the core auto finance lending platform. Mr. Meuser designed and developed in Informatica to integrate nursing data from numerous hospitals into the nursing subject area of the data warehouse. Two solutions of note are a reusable Informatica maplet that created a daily 24-hour patient census snapshot derived from unit admission, transfer, discharge, and midnight census information; and one to accurately apply negative-hours time and attendance records using complex matching rules.

He designed and developed numerous DataStage Server objects to process and integrate policy and claims data, and he co-developed the ETL design pattern used for the policy subject area. Mr. Meuser wrote complex SQL to populate the Policy in Force Retention Fact Table from which retention triangle information could be generated, wrote KSH scripts to automate the extract of historical data from a policy legacy system, and conducted knowledge transfer sessions with the client.
