Hired as R&D Engineer and promoted to R&D Engineer II and then Sr. R&D Engineer. Engineering and project management responsbility for a variety of urology and women's health programs. Projects included disposables and capital equipment for stone management, BPH, lower urinary tract symptoms, pelvic floor reconstruction and stress urinary incontinence.

R&D: Performed prototyping and testing for urology and women's health programs. Technical characterization, test method development, V&V testing. Project leader for several distribution deals that required product qualification and design control elements prior to commercialization.Process Development - Engineering:Performed various engineering studies and DOEs at Cork, Ireland manufacturing facility to establish a repeatable manufacturing process for low profile vena cava filter and delivery system. Quality - Design Assurance:Created troubleshooting guide for tech support and supported risk management activities for development of class III hysteroscopic thermal ablation system.

Created searchable Access database of division's regulatory filings and provided project support to regulatory and compliance teams.
