As Business Development Manager, Brian Monaco oversees Silver Hill’s seminar leader team, which educates mortgage brokers about the nationwide lender’s product and small-balance commercial real estate lending. Appearing in front of hundreds of brokers each month, Brian has delivered presentations across the country including at major industry trade events. Brian’s professional and personable approach to presenting an overview of the small-balance commercial market and real estate, along with the company’s unique lending program, mission and vision quickly made him one of Silver Hill’s most dynamic presenters. Since joining the company in 2006 as Seminar Leader, Brian has played an important role in defining the goals of Silver Hill’s business development team and building customer relationships with mortgage professionals across the country.
