As Principal Product Strategist at Endava (formerly Five Minutes Studio), my role involved: - Leading cross-functional teams on strategic engagements for specific high-value and high-potential clients- Pre-sales, sales, and upselling when clients are candidates for our Product Discovery, Design, and related services- Elevating our entire organization's strategic capabilities through team member training and coaching, regular 1:1s with junior team members, and experimenting with, developing, and documenting methodologies that represent the standard for how Endava works in this capacitySpecifically on the Product front, I led Product Discovery and Strategy for a wide range of Endava's flagship clients by working closely with the design and development teams at Endava, the clients themselves, and most importantly their customers in order to develop and validate product strategies and designs that maximize revenue. I have personally led key strategic projects for early stage startups, for publicly traded companies, and many in between, including:Delta Airlines - Led a team in the creation of the Connected Cabin Product Vision, representing the future of digitally enabled passenger experiences. This was accomplished through significant research, testing, analysis of concepts, validation and iteration with passengers and stakeholders, cost-benefit analyses, and ultimately defining a product suite that is currently being developed and rolled out.PIMCO - Led the product direction of the most used internal tool at PIMCO, a heavily customized CRM optimized for their business needs, as well as leading the product strategy for PIMCO's entirely custom Order Management System. This work included over 200 user interviews and prototype tests, multiple client workshops, and dozens of design iterations.Mint Mobile - Product Discovery lead for the Mint Mobile app, which following launch led to a 400% increase in new customer activations.

The learnings from this testing led to both small and large new features and product adjustments- Created detailed conversion funnels representing a large variety of user personas, and focussed product efforts on both particular as well as broad user problems- Guided feature development focussed on retention, causing the apps to be the highest retention and lifetime value consumer products Slice offers. This led to fundamental changes in the Marketing and Product Development strategies.- Led projects big and small, ranging from a full company rebrand, to a new search service, to a referral program, and everything in between.
