My twenty years of retired military experience includes, most recently, advice to Commanders and Soldiers on military justice issues, the US - Iraq Security Agreement, Escalation of Force / Rules of Engagement issues, administrative law, government contract review and interpretation, and some dealings with Iraqi tribal leaders, & claims.
