• Modifiy internal healthcare claims system that determines eligibility of reimbursements to patients and providers based on CMS coding rules.• Lead collaboration between SME, technical business, development, and quality assurance teams.• Ensure business requirements completely represent business needs.• Analyze a large volume of complex Datastage ETL jobs, SQL packages, and technical documentation.• Validate development strategy and propose alternate approaches that better address requirements.• Build and update business requirement, functional/technical spec, and data-mapping documents.
