On HTMS, I also managed the teams supporting SPM Intake, the Health Informatics Product Line (PL), HTO, and the Scheduling PL.As a direct-bill resource on the TIS contract, I functioned as a SME to assist in assessing the Infrastructure Operations (IO) Operations Triage Group (OTG) processes, procedures, and engagements. Leveraging CIIP framework concepts, I independently assessed the organization, offered recommendations for improvements, and assisted in driving the recommendations forward after receiving client approval to do so.
