As Service Development Engineering Manager I defined and streamlined processes for the Service Development Engineering team, making my small team of engineers the most effective and efficient engineering team at TomoTherapy. The team role is multifaceted, with a focus on new product introduction while also providing sustaining engineering support for a global installed base of medical systems.As manager I was responsible for the day to day operations and management of the Service Development Engineering group. Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic surveillance systems mounted on the EH-60 Blackhawk helicopter for the 7/1 Aviation Regiment in 3rd Infantry Division.
