Current● Experienced online learning and in-person educator, delivering varied educational technology methods using learning management systems, and in-person presentations and activities● Oversees co-curricular programs and systems providing leadership development. Uses instructional design skills to develop curriculum for a wide array of topics. Creates learning goals, employs ELearning to deliver training material and assessment tools to identify needs of further training and learning. Uses results to evaluate impact and retrain if required.● Fiscal analysis and budget preparations of short - and long-range needs using funding from multiple sources to meet program goals and requirements● Uses effective communication to establish partnerships with community organizations to create volunteer and leadership opportunities for the program.● Coach and mentor to 800+ cadets that have planned, led, and executed 13,000 community service hours making a positive impact on their school and community● Attention to detail ensures compliance with Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and Air Force policy, consistently earns Distinguished Unit with Merit ratings on annual Air Force headquarters inspections - top 20 percent of Air Force JROTC programs worldwide● Develops AFJROTC program policy reflecting military and modern workplace environments that train and prepare cadets for inclusive, productive, and equitable workplace practices and ethics. Cadet are trained to reach their maximum potential with a focus on communication skills, including active listening and expressing clear communication.
