Mercuria acquired Noble Americas Gas and Power in October 2017. I was part of a group of people that come over with the acquisition. Key member of transition team with integration of technology, new business lines, process and people. Stakeholder in business processes, trading and IT. Implemented many semi-automated tools to increase the efficiency of the workforce. Expanded workflows to add more automation in coordination with IT. Increased the amount of data available to users, by understanding what their needs were, and giving them targeted access to that information. Worked with users to see what issues they were having and how to better provide information to them to solve the issues.

I am the single point of contact for all issues related to NAGP. I work with RISK / Middle Office / Finance / Trading Desks and IT to identify "bottlenecks" and implemented new and improved processes and policies. Documented process flows and developed requirements for functional improvements and enhancements. Managed the road map for product design and development. Created proof-of-concept prototype applications for demonstration and evaluation purposes. Supported the finance department during monthly closings.

Successfully implemented the ETRM system (Aligne). Defined project deliverables and monitored status of tasks. Drafted action plans and led meetings with department executives to review project status and proposed changes. Delivered status reports to stakeholders for budgeting and planning purposes. Optimized the daily activities of the business users, leveraging the Noble Americas Gas & Power technology stack (the SunGard’s Aligne ETRM; Noble’s in-house development and data platform; programming languages; advanced scripting, etc.).Designed, coded, tested, debuged and documented new application software programs.Make enhancements/modification to the existing NAGP (Noble Americas Gas & Power) applications software.Prepared detailed functional specifications, design models, and system workflows from which software applications were developed and implemented.Completed the Aligne ETRM implementation.
