Working with the Philadelphia School District to update and maintain their networking equipment throughout the schools.Using a helpdesk ticketing system titled Calero VeraSMART to document and make reports on jobs that have been requested from schools to repair an issue in regards to connecting to the school network. Operating in schools across the city of Philadelphia to install network switches, wireless access points, and data drops.Working on a school district-wide project to upgrade the network and the phones.Helping the school district to assemble IP phones to replace the analog phones and helping to rewire the analog phones to connect to the network.
