I was Project coordinator on the Danish Armies high priority project: The integration of the Army Tactical Communication Network and Tactical Radios on parts of their vehicle, BSH CV9035DK, MOWAG PIRANHA 3 and EAGLE IV.My responsibilities were to lead parts of the project through various stages, from the initiation of the project over the specification phase through to the installation of communication equipment on vehicles from suppliers abroad.My main tasks were:• Preparation of schedules, including milestones plans.• Preparation of progress reports to the steering committee.• Deviation reports, change management.• Issue and risk management.

I've been leading different projects throughout their installation process on the Iver Huitfeldt class frigates, from researching the market, to the installation and commissioning of the systems.I've had day-to-day contact with technicians, creating maintenance plans and installations guides, testing the systems and teaching the crew in using them.I have gained experience with IPTV, VoD and VoIP network systems, optical fibre networks and a video matrix system.
