Ive been pursuing art as a passion since I was 4 years old. Taking classes with my great grandmother and all of her art friends. Learning from my father and his twin. At a young age I was introduced to water color, oils, pastels, acrylics, stained glass, sewing, and decor for clothing and furnature. I still strive to grow my experience and technique to one day hold a large multi media gallery with local clothing artists and jewelry designs.

I performed the main operations management within the service department at the company. Overseeing and performing the following duties: client retention, client complaints, bid work/submissions, maintenance agreements and sales for these, billing adjustments and overview, coverage on dispatch, tech support, material orders/coordination, schedule review, profit and margin tracking for proper financial guides/baselines, backflow certification submissions, license and certification review/retention. I provided support to my field technicians along with support to my dispatch/assistant. I assisted in coordination with the sistering department, Retro division, providing coverage for the team when needed regarding field support, management support, billing, biding, scheduling, client retention and support.

Scheduling patients over phone for over 21 providers in our medical practice. Each receptionist is assigned to a provider or two and they are in charge of the schedule and tasks that are sent from nurses and specialists through out the building. I currently am working for Dr. Maurer and the Bone Density Room as well as internal and external referrals.
