Main responsibility and achievement:• Develop dangerous cargo journey risk review process;• Engaged the safety audit for Hauliers, develop safety performance metrics and tracking;• Engaged the safety audit for customer site, led the safety optimization plan and gaps remediation;• Incident investigations and ER;• Led the activities to improve passenger’s safety awareness;• Driver safety performance management and DDT refresh.• Drive the continued improvement initiatives to enhance the safety performance.• Conducted the out-sourced liquid tank farm safety management assessment and review;• Focus on liquid road transportation, trucking safety management and risk control;• Build up the e-surveillance system, improve the GPS run and maintenance process to excellent; • Setup admin vehicle safety assurance plan;

• Led to setup HSSE group’s annual KPI and budgeting,• KPI and Budgeting performance track for HSSE group through the year.• Deliver HSSE performance report on monthly and quarterly basis including non-conformance reports;• Cost control management review for HSSE group across the terminal site, pipe line site and office.• Job observation card summary reports and department regular monthly reports.• Coordinate the safety management meeting to improve HSSE performance across the terminal site, pipe line site.• Engaged the incident investigation to ensure actions are tracked to closure. ER event support.• Participate into the internal and external safety audit, especially for national environment evaluation review and national safety expert panel meeting. • As key coordinator, well support the annual large scale fire drill at terminal site with local government and public fire department.• Led the Office safety committee team to nurture the office safety culture and solve the office safety related issues with the cross function departments.• Support on community relationship programs;• Maintain good connection with shareholder’s (BP or CNOOC) safety resource networking for safety case sharing and incident report.
