• Responsible for general ledger month-end close of a portfolio of accounts.
• Ensure deadlines for month-end close and financial reporting requirements are met and all account and reporting activities are performed in accordance with the accounting policies.
• Review newly executed contracts/amendments to validate that financial systems are set up properly.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation of selected asset and liability accounts for accuracy.
• Maintain and monitor applicable SOX controls and provide associated support to internal and external auditors.

• Responsible for the performance of a team of 4 associates.
• Ensure compliance with all SOX key controls.
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of the full bank reconciliations portfolio for my team on a quarterly basis.
• Report and document issues that pose a risk to the cash assets of ARAMARK.
• Monitor and report on reconciling items from bank reconciliations
• Monitor the monthly and weekly progress of the associates.

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the Business Services Center (account inquiries, accruals, etc).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for a set accounts.
• Research, track and resolve accounting issues.
• Perform general ledger entries and reconciliation for month-end close.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Review, analyze and monitor expenses.
