About Brianna Falconer

I am an ambitious chef looking to make a name for myself in the culinary industry, and to make sure that my work reflects what I believe is truly good food. My current goal is to work as a line cook at a Michelin star restaurant while preparing new and unique dishes to prepare for any event. My goal is to eventually get certified under a Sous Chef. In the meantime, I'm working to build a small business within the catering community to provide excellent cuisine for people. It is by this end that I hope to open up my own private bakery one day
