The work that I perform every day lays the foundation for the successful efforts of my team. It is a responsibility that challenges me to bring my best self to work each day. Growing up, I was always an observer. My mother was an HR manager and my father a financial tax manager. I would see how they handled life’s challenges and learned quickly about the importance of foresight and adaptable thinking. They imparted on me an intuitive mind keen on problem solving and researching solutions. My dad’s passion for music has shown me the importance of including one’s passion in their life ambitions. As a young professional, I am constantly searching for opportunities to impact change in areas I am passionate about. Beginning my career as a litigation/claims associate has enhanced my ability to sift through data to gain key insights. On a day-to-day basis, I work alongside expert lawyers, adjusters, technology specialists, and managerial personnel to solve meaningful issues quickly. As a socially and climate-conscious, research-driven woman, I am inspired to shape a more equitable/sustainable future and believe in the importance of living by the changes I want to see in the world. Whether it be the food I eat, the products I buy, the officials I vote for, or the advice I give to those in my network, I am proud to be a champion of the holistic efforts of those responsible to implementing impactful change. I look forward to being a part of these changes in my career and believe that my skillset is properly geared towards the challenges of the future.
