I am very familiar with both Microsoft Excel and Word. In the past I have used QuickBooks in order to balance accounts and keep track of finances. I have many years of experience running a small business. My regular tasks included purchasing of supplies and billing clients. I also did advertising as well as tours of the facility while answering any questions that potential clients may have. I have interviewed, hired, and also disciplined staff when needed. More recently, I have experience in an accounts receivable position and more extensive billing of clients. I have taken phone payments while being aware of sensitive information, and also made collection calls for past due balances. While at my most recent position, I enjoyed analyzing outdated procedures to help make the finance department more efficient and organized while also staying on top of my regular duties. I am a very organized, fast, and efficient worker. I enjoy learning on the job and helping my coworkers stay motivated. I am interested in a position where I can constantly learn and improve myself and expand my skill set. I am not one to turn down extra work, and will often seek out new tasks when I have down time.
