Facilitate groups relating to parole education, cognitive behavioral interventions, and preparation for release/discharge (including financial literacy, digital literacy, and job readiness); lesson and case planning with focus on criminogenic needs and promoting positive transition to society from the institution; counsel inmates one-on-one regarding reentry planning, parole board interviews, recovery plans, and resources; Coordinate with the Department of Corrections and outside community providers to support successful reintegration through mentoring programs, job readiness training, financial guidance, and basic needs

Use risk and needs assessments to assist with successful offender re-entry into the community; Actively supervise citizens on parole everyday through one-on-one interactions, coordinating with family, employers, treatment providers, and effective case management to develop and modify treatment plans based upon the particular needs of the parolee and probationer; Investigate possible parole violations through surveillance, interviews of associates and relatives, and conducting searches of personal property; Supervised specialized “Project Safe Neighborhood” caseload targeting high risk offenders, partnering with federal, state, and local resources to reduce gun and gang-related crime in Philadelphia

Provide safe, supportive environment for adult patients amid mental health crisis through observation, support and awareness; Organize and implement assignments and daily schedules as Lead Technician.
