-Analyzing metrics and end user behavior to develop comprehensive cybersecurity training with a focus on phishing, social engineering, and other significant threats to enhance overall security awareness and enterprise security.-Collaborating with our team of security professionals to monitor and prevent cyber threats and ensure the security of over 550 locations and their end users.-Maintaining and helping improve quality service by following organization standards and ensuring SLAs are being met.- Provide formal and informal reports with relevant event detail and summary information, communicating system status to the internal team, as well as tracking and updating on remediation efforts as necessary-Monitoring, triaging, and resolving tickets that come into our queue via our ticketing system and 3rd party SOC

-Responsible for monitoring and reporting on security incidents for designated customers, while ensuring customer assignments are being fulfilled as required.-Maintaining the coordination of the monitoring schedule and distributing customer assignments to the proper monitoring groups during shift-Assisting SOC specialists, SOC II’s, and SOC leads with various backend issues within a SIEM where applicable- Provide formal and informal reports with relevant event detail and summary information to the customer and internal team, as well as tracking and updating on remediation efforts- Ensures other analysts are up to date on new developments within customer specific security postures, and thoroughly reviewing their incident reports to ensure proper SLA and SOP requirements are met

-Create and update all security incident reports in accordance with customers security requirements -Provide timely detection, identification, and alerting of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities as well as distinguishing these incidents and events from benign activities -Conduct log analysis within a variety of SIEMs-Ensures other analysts are up to date on new developments within customer specific security postures, and thoroughly reviewing their incident reports to ensure proper SLA and SOP requirements are met -Investigate malicious phishing emails, domains, and IPs using OSINT tools and recommend proper mitigation steps-Monitoring and reporting outages to the customer or on-call team
