There are two things that engross me most about digital marketing. First, the challenge of consumer logic; how it can be rational yet irrational. Second, the challenge of consumer optimization; presenting and communicating in a way that persuades and satisfies the rational and irrational parts of the consumer's brain. Through my work, I have found that the best way to reach a consumer is through storytelling and the best stories are the ones that are rooted in data. I bring a wealth of knowledge about consumer behavior to all of my projects. I enjoy spending time researching trends and demographics as well as conducting interviews and usability tests to apply to all aspects of UX design and marketing.
