Leading the Brand Partnerships division at Def Jam, I was responsible for generating, negotiating, managing, and overseeing all partnership activities and partnership strategy at the label, across its entire roster of artists, including five- to seven-figure deals with the likes of Coco Jones (Pure Leaf/PepsiCo, Stella Rosa, AT&T, Target, Grey Goose, NYX Cosmetics, Barbie x boohoo, P&G, OpenTable), Muni Long (Grey Goose, Coca Cola, Secret, BLK), Teyana Taylor (Bumble, Xeomin), 2 Chainz (Coca Cola, Timberland), Armani White (Taco Bell, Kraft, Samsung, JD Sports, Crocs), Lady London (Nike, Jordan Brand, Mielle Organics, JD Sports, Crocs, CIROC), DaniLeigh (Smirnoff Vodka), and more. I was directly responsible for a 229% increase in brand partnership revenues from 2021 to 2022, and launched partnerships that drove as many as 6.2B impressions across social, press, and broadcast.
