I am an the office administrator for Equity Management, and I am responsible for a wide variety of tasks. I create social media campaigns and manage the social media pages. I seek out, evaluate, and place potential residents in our properties. Another important task that I am responsible for is relaying important information, including renovation details, leasing updates, and estimates, to the property owners.

I was responsible for charging, entering, and sending invoices to clients and contractors in a timely fashion. I attended local Business Network International (BNI) meetings on behalf of the company and networked with many other local businesses. I worked alongside independent contractors to ensure the clients’ requests were not only met but exceeded expectations. I also was responsible for designing social media posts and managing the social media pages to optimize engangement.

I was a private home nanny for a working couple. I was responsible for three children, ranging in ages 3-8. I was in charge of managing their schedules, transporting them to and from their activities, providing age appropriate activities that were both enjoyable to the children and contributed to their education.
