Hi, My name is Brianna Johnson. I have graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Stout with my bachelors in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management and my masters in Food and Nutritional Science with a concentration in Food Science. During my undergraduate program, I studied for 6 months in England and I believe that this gave me a viewpoint that could benefit development of products that could be distributed worldwide. I decided to make the switch from food operations management to food science because I wanted to be able to make sure that every product released to consumers reaches quality standard. This has become my passion and I enjoy working with different products and trying to create a product for the consumers. Quality, Safety, and Sanitation is the main and one of the most important concepts of the food and beverage industry.
