Assistant Property/Resident Manager of Ora Seaport. A fast paced, luxury, mixed-use building in Boston's Seaport District. Primarily managing residential apartments. I am responsible for resident relations, lease renewals, rent collections, late notices, move outs, deposit accounting, and month end accounting reports. I coordinate with affordable housing and voucher programs, plan/execute resident events, review all lease files for accuracy, and train new leasing professionals. I also support and assist in the daily operations for leasing, maintenance, and concierge. We maintain 95 - 98% occupancy.

Manage the leasing process at Ora Seaport which includes nurturing leads, touring the community, processing applications, completing lease paperwork and following through to ensure a smooth move-in experience. While also assisting in resident relations, event planning, maintenance requests, and concierge services. I achieved 100% on an online 'secret shop', 97% on an in-person 'secret shop', and earned my 1st 'Top Leaser' recognition in June of 2023. In August of 2023 I was proud to be promoted to Resident Manager at Ora.
