I am currently working towards my Bachelors degree in Sociology with a minor in Economics at San Diego State University. I am actively seeking post-graduate job opportunities within the legal sector, particularly in the Greater New York City and Boston areas.Through growing up in New Jersey and moving to California for college, I have gained valuable insights about integrating myself into large communities and working with all different kinds of individuals to learn more about myself, others, and the world around me. My past experiences of taking on managerial responsibilities at a local golf club have allowed me to better understand how to manage a team and how to present myself to the public professionally. Through working in the restaurant industry as a hostess and support staff, I have been able to learn about working under pressure, as well as through my roles as head lifeguard and kennel attendant.I am interested in going into the fields of social work and law, and I am excited to have the opportunity to learn more about both of these industries through my roles as a Peer Educator through SDSU's Counseling and Psychological Services, and as a Legal Access Intern with JusticeCorps of San Diego throughout this year. Volunteering has always been a passion of mine, which intertwines well with my future career interests.
