While at HPU not only did I heavily focus on my studies, graduating cum laude, I was active in my campus community. Joining Alpha Phi Omega, Alpha Chi Sigma, American Chemical Society, Student Justice Program, Student Government Association, and even the HPU Offbeats. Through these many organizations I had many opportunities to be a leader amongst my peers: Attorney General of SGA, Parliamentarian of Alpha Phi Omega, SGA Representative and Secretary of ACS, Historian of Alpha Chi Sigma, and Chair of Professional Events for the Natural Science Fellows. Through these and other work opportunities I have developed essential skills outside of the classroom such as communication, organization, independence, empathy, creativity, and most importantly a strong work ethic. I am excited to grow in my profession and serve those around me with passion.
