At Delaware State Parks, I had the opportunity to work under the marketing director and merchandising manager and gain experience in multiple areas. I had the responsibility of using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to post marketing advertisements, creating email marketing campaigns and welcome automation emails, and assisting in directing weekly photoshoots. Also while there I assisted in developing a mobile pop-up "store" and managed inventory and sales for launched store. I tracked and calculated month over month analytics, invoice sheets, and quarterly reports from media buying on search optimization, pay-per-click, and click through rates.
