I currently credential all Advanced Practice Professionals for the Hospital. This includes all Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Physician Assistants, and Psychologists. I also credential all of the Medical Students, Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Nurse Practitioner Students, Physician Assistant Students, Residents, and Fellows. In addition to these tasks, I am also a facilitator for certain monthly Committee meetings. These meetings require much attention to detail and organization, as I am responsible for receiving all meeting information and presenting it to the Committee members.I find that organization is a very important component in my job, as it allows me to put priorities first in order to complete tasks in the proper order. Being a self-starter and my attention to detail are also beneficial, especially when projects need to be completed in a timely manner. These skills allow me to excel in my current job, and I feel they are great assets to have in the advancement of my career.
