    I support and train personnel on the use of DAX Copilot, Dragon Medical Network Edition, Dragon Medical One, Dragon Medical Embedded, Dragon Medical Practice Edition, Dragon Medical Enterprise Edition, and other Nuance products. Using email, chat, and phone, I support and provide documentation for implementation teams deploying across large and small medical networks both within the United States and internationally. This collaboration ranges from Microsoft Windows server management and client software deployment personnel in large hospitals to individual office managers and third-party IT teams in small clinics. Effective implementations require I configure, troubleshoot, and analyze interactions between software for on-premise (Windows, thin, and zero clients), cloud-based, and virtualized components, including Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft Terminal Services, and Parallels on Mac OS. Furthermore, I field, assign, schedule, and resolve technical support queries for Dragon Medical that are received via email or phone. Cases are tracked digitally using tools in Salesforce and Google Workspace and marked as solved once a resolution is reached.In addition to my certifications for the training and deployment of Dragon Medical, I am also certified to train in the Allscripts Professional EHR and Nuance Powerscribe 360. Furthermore, my deployments of Dragon Medical have required integration with a wide range of EHR systems, such as those from Allscripts, Cerner, Meditech, and McKesson.I also maintain company internal IT equipment allocation and function as primary IT manager for office-wide hardware and software troubleshooting, upgrades, and purchasing.
