Interpret and execute print production workflow while adhering to specific brand guidelines and specifications for Point-of-Sale (POS), Out-of-Home (OOH), Direct Mail, Literature, and more, within tight deadlines. This included creating adaptations of master templates, color conversion and releasing print-ready files.

Provided effective design solutions for a wide variety of design projects. This included, but was not limited to, photo editing, patent drawings and illustrations, logo re-creation, PowerPoint presentations, converting file formats, basic training video editing, and more, within the requested deadline. Further responsibilities included assisting the Document Processing department in converting PDF documents to Microsoft Word or PowerPoint documents and formatting them according to corporate standard specifications, applying proofreader edits, and other miscellaneous tasks. As a member of the EDGAR processing team, I was responsible for maintaining administrative duties and processing EDGAR documents that were submitted to the SEC on behalf of the client.

Primary responsibility was to re-create corporate logos according to client specifications. This required in-taking each job request, maintaining the job log, re-creating each logo, and exporting it into the required formats (EPS, WMF, and JPEG) within the requested deadline.

As the sole graphic designer primary responsibilities included successfully translating product information into concrete designs for promotional materials and sales collateral such as postcards, brochures, manuals, corporate web sites, product catalogs, interactive presentations, logos and more. This involved conceptualizing, designing and preparing each document for print and communicating with the printer during final production. Further responsibilities included: digital photography, conducting market research via the Internet, assisting with trade shows and exhibitions, compiling and maintaining contact lists for direct mail marketing, and maintaining PMG’s GSA Advantage contract. Designed, produced and assembled custom made vinyl graphics for various applications such as banners, window decals, signs and vehicles. Gained valuable experience communicating with clients.
