Recruited for assistant and associate level positions. Supported two recruiters and one HR specialist in all aspects of recruiting. Sourced candidates for local and international candidates for administrative/support and technical staff (e.g. vaccine development, HIV/AIDS, and maternal/child health), screened resumes weekly, prepared interview materials, scheduled meetings and trainings, represented PATH at career fairs, conduct phone screens, manage consultant database and applicant tracking system (PeopleSource HRIS), coordinated orientations, prepared termination reports.PATH is an international nonprofit organization that transforms global health through innovation. Our approach blends the entrepreneurial spirit of business, the scientific expertise of a research institution, and the passion and on-the-ground experience of an international NGO.

Conducted a program evaluation of the County Leadership Institute (CLI). Developed a logic model, designed survey instruments for CLI alumni and participants, performed research and data analysis, conducted interviews with Director of Research and Education. Conducted a literature review, wrote and edited final paper.
