FinancePrepare monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end financial statements. Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end financials. Conduct ad-hoc reports as needed. Track and monitor budgets and expenses, funding commitments, and cost share for the center. Review income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements and various other accounting statements and reports. Compile budget projection information from the 20 departments within the center. AdministrationProvide a high volume support for program area administrators with telephone, email, and chat inquiries related to finance and administration. Assist both the Director and Assistant Director as needed. Provide back-up assistance to the Administrative Assistant: includes greeting all guests, responding to inquiries (both in-person and over the phone), setting up/ taking down catering. Space Administer space information to program areas for updated information. Compile program area information and enter into the space database. Prepare reports to review and analyze space data and usage. Query space data to report on space usage and future planning of expansion. Document all space information, GIS usage and query information.
