Paralegal student at CSU East Bay! My dream job would be to mix legal, criminal justice and therapies together somehow. I also dream of having a job at Court TV as I am a True Crime Junkie! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have 20 years experience in the mental health field as a social worker and therapist. I have worked in a variety of different settings to include adoption agencies, Child Welfare/ Department of Social Services, Sacramento County Probation, and Palliative Medicine. I have worked in a hospital and clinic most recently. I also have been doing individual therapy as well both online and in person. Over the years, I have gained experience working with children and adults of all ages. I have experience working with children who are court dependents, sick adults, those with life limiting Illnesses, children/youth who are being reformed, and people suffering with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ptsd, amongst other mental health issues. I have taught classes, trained others, and facilitated learning. I have experience with writing court reports, doing counseling, providing services surrounding grief & loss, adoption issues, depression, anxiety, and rehabilitation. I was awarded my professional license in 2018. I am a clinical member of CAMFT. I have a deep passion to help others.
