Power Design, including low and medium voltage power distribution, singles lines, load flow, arc flash analysis, short circuit calculations, protective device coordination, hazardous area classifications, E-Building design, cable & cable tray sizing, lighting, and heat trace. Controls design experience includes development of P&ID’s, control narratives, shutdown keys, control system architecture drawings, critical settings documents, control panel design and drawings, facility control system development – full automation system specification, data identification and mapping for process, regulatory reporting, and production/exploitation, wireless, remote pad integration, and instrument sizing. Equipment specification and procurement, including switchgear, MCC gear, utility, UPS, VFD’s, motors, flow meters, level / pressure / temperature measurement, actuators, analyzers, toxic gas detection, communication & control panel equipment, including PLC’s. On-site CSA inspections, supervision of on-site commissioning & start-up, work with contactors and operations to complete programming checks, programming of HMIs, & protective relays.Project management, including project scope, cost estimating, scheduling, cost tracking and construction management.
