• Responsible for the outreach, recruitment, communication, and retention of over 1,200 annual volunteers for the organization
• Serves as the Host Site Manager for the affiliate’s AmeriCorps program which includes recruiting, hiring, and training a team of four AmeriCorps service members; also manages the internship program
