As the Director of SaaS Operations, I lead the team responsible for delivering and maintaining Optel's SaaS-based products and related deliverables. As a member of the Engineering and Technology sector committee, I work closely with other leaders within the sector and across the organization to help the company achieve its objectives. I led the SOC2 Type 2 initiative and received a full Type 1 report for the core SaaS product report within the first 24 month of my tenure at OPTEL. I also created self-sustained processes that produce the evidence and rigor required for the Type 2 rediness.I work in partnership with the software development departments to manage and coordinate the global SaaS Operations team in a 24/7 environment that deploys software over multiple cloud providers.
