Evaluated chemical-specific material throughput and emissions to atmosphere to determine applicability of regulation. Evaluated efficacy of pollution control requirements, oversaw procurement and installation of improved equipment. Developed compliance program requirements, record keeping and notifications.- Prepared technical documents to demonstrate to Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection that Methyl Bromide (an ODS) use in halogen lamp manufacture is not subject to Montreal Protocol phase out requirements.
