As the Project Program Manager for the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I drive the professional and personal growth of aspiring faculty through the WiscPROF program. With over fifteen years of experience in higher education administration and leadership, my mission is to significantly enhance faculty diversity.Collaborating with CoE faculty and staff, I lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the WiscPROF program, which is designed to expand participation and prepare individuals for successful academic careers in engineering. I actively engage with current doctoral students and postdoctoral scholars, providing them with essential mentoring, networking, and funding opportunities. My work is crucial in cultivating the future generation of engineering educators and researchers.
