I specialized in the investigation, negotiation, and settlement of multi-line claims with an emphasis on casualty claims and litigation. I handled complex claims, negotiated multi-million-dollar settlements, and coordinated with legal counsel to ensure favourable outcomes.

My responsibilities included processing and reconciling security trades, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and rectifying failed trades.

Currently I am tasked with the reconciliation of cash and securities. Processing of trades via several markets.

I assessed several claims, from the start of the process to the finish, Before I became a claims assessor, I was an underwriter at the same organization. While I was an underwriter, I was tasked with the underwriting of property and casualty.

I was responsible for underwriting new business and assessment of those currently insured. I underwrote several business lines and assessed various risk. I was then transferred to the insurance brokerage division whereby I handled a portfolio of brokers.My second and final role at the ICB was that of a claims assessor. I was responsible for a large portfolio of claims, which included new and outstanding claims. This department required a different focus with a lot more emphasis placed on client relations. I was also tasked with doing claim investigations and was constantly commended for the quality and information content of my reports.
