I have gained diverse leadership experience through various management positions since 2008. First three years in Norway, then one year in Sweden and since 2012 in Denmark. Number of employees has varied between 10-250.Fortunate currently to complement my experience from the incumbent banking sector with a fin-tech based bank. It gives unique insights which I will bring into play in any future role.Credit was my primary area of expertise the first 15 years of my career. I have been fortunate to cover everything from complex structured finance structures, shipping finance and large corporates to more traditional capex and working capital financing for SMEs. I have also covered retail customers with group-wide credit portfolio responsibility in Danske Bank for private customers including high net worth individuals. Also deep knowledge of mortgage financing having been responsible for the credit side of a DKK +700bn portfolio across all customer types. On the decision modelling side I have been highly involved in automation for both private customers and SMEs. Also heavily involved in standard banking models (IRB + non-IRB) applied for risk management purposes such as PD and LGD.In the last 7 years I have broadened my experience base through CRO-type roles to cover other risk disciplines such as operational risk, data protection, AML, market and liquidity and capital.Since January 2022 responsible for risk management across all financial and non-financial risk types at Lunar Group/Lunar Bank.
