● Promoted to a newly created Supply Chain role to oversee the entire product roadmap for credit card and packaging products from initial concept to launch with expenses ranging from 100K – 100M, successfully rolling out over 200 new products and generating four industry awards.● Devised and executed strategic product development initiatives across multiple lines of business to enhance the customer experience while generating products for over 50 key partnerships including Walmart, Saks, Neiman Marcus, REI, Williams Sonoma, Best Buy, Kohls, Sony, General Motors, and Cabela’s.● Lead a team of over twenty individuals across five states in researching, designing, and achieving the company’s first sustainable, recycled PVC product; rolled out over 10 million sustainable cards, reducing the company’s production of plastic – recognized with the prestigious Circle of Excellence award.● Headed the transition to virtual design development during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic; devising a procedure to set up high-resolution cameras, recruiting a dedicated on-site support staff, and conducting sessions remotely to ensure quality and maintain project timelines – the system was adopted by the supplier base and used industry-wide.

● Owned process to create, test, and purchase ICMA award winning credit and debit card products by coordinating with key stakeholders, including marketing teams, manufacturing vendors, third -party suppliers, card network associations, and fulfillment shops.● Earned three promotions in ten years and quickly became a subject-matter expert by managing inventory, forecasting, suppliers’ day to day operations, product development, continuous process improvement, and purchasing of materials.● Established and standardized a company-wide inventory, forecasting and tracking system for over 1,000 individual products used in credit card manufacturing that eliminated stock-out situations and administered the purchasing of $20M - $60M of inventory annually.● Lead project team involving five companies to research and debut the first metal credit card product in company history, inclusive of internal marketing teams, manufacturing vendors, card network associations, third-party suppliers, and fulfillment suppliers.
