Partnered with our Product Manager to define and drive the overall product vision for the platform’s data experiences, including a migration from Microstrategy to Looker (3rd party Analytics UI Platforms) within our Web-based Mobile Engagement SaaS Platform, as well as research, discovery, and design iterations around point-of-need Machine Learning insights and how they could be incorporated into the evolution of our platform’s Dashboard experience. Facilitated several rounds of internal and external user feedback sessions around a Home page beta initiative, which included user interviews, prototype usability tests, surveys, workshops, and async exercises using Figma. Participants included stakeholders from TopGolf, The Children’s Place, Sherwin Williams, American Eagle Outfitters and more. Defined customer beta Email communication outreach flow. Communicated closely with Visual Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to ensure requirement accuracy for Home page beta functionality. Mentored UX Design interns.

Within the Product team, designed for the evolution of the Audience Segmentation and Campaign Management experiences. Authored use cases, developed user flows, and designed low and high fidelity wireframes. Created and validated clickable prototypes with internal stakeholders and participated in client feedback and usability testing sessions. Iterated on designs based on synthesized feedback and engaged in secondary rounds of feedback and usability tests. Took ownership of feature requests and followed the design process in order to deliver validated experiences. Worked closely with the Product Design team, Visual Designers, Product Managers and Software Engineers to communicate scope and level of effort of design decisions.

Within the Professional Services team, designed the interactions of custom mobile applications for Fortune 500 companies. Gathered requirements to author user stories and use cases in order to determine user flows and design low and high fidelity wireframes. Customers included BP, Kwik Trip, Redbox, Polo Ralph Lauren, TopGolf, Hibbett Sports, Ascena brands, Chico’s, Ford, Sephora, and Darden brands. Designed and validated internal tools to allow clients to create and publish custom applications within our mobile engagement platform. Created build books and spec documents in order for the experiences to be communicated accurately and effectively to the engineering team. Manufactured a cross-browser, cross-operating system QA process to handle the manual testing of multiple concurrent responsive web applications using physical and remote devices. Authored test plans and use cases in order to lead internal and client testing sessions. Tested against UX wireframes, creative design comps, and copy decks to verify the accuracy of front-end and back-end functionality. Partnered with the development team in order to ensure all discovered bugs were resolved with efficiency and precision. Worked in tandem with Project/Customer Success Managers, Software Engineers, UX/Creative Designers, Copywriters, and Analysts to ensure accurate projects outcomes.

Fully validated five separate products within a software suite including native, web, and mobile applications. Authored software validation documentation deliverables including user requirements, functional specifications, operational/performance test scripts, requirement traceability matrices, and validation/deviation summary reports. Coordinated internal and client facing validation testing sessions. Maintained a close relationship with the Validation Manager, Engineering team, and QA team in order to ensure all validation deliverables adhered to the FDA standards and regulations.

Authored, reviewed, and executed software defect, feature, and regression test scripts for seven software products of a product suite, including native, web, and mobile applications. Isolated and escalated issues by performing smoke, load, functional, and GUI testing. Authored release documentation in order to provide a detailed summary of all defect resolutions as well as a thorough report of newly implemented functionality. Managed defect reporting and follow through by communicating with Project Managers and Software Engineers.
