Manager, Home Warranty Sales
Current- Recruiting, building, managing, and developing the Residential Account Manager team to ensure goals and strategies for the business are met. Responsible for the performance of the team and meeting sales targets.
- Maximize profitable sales growth by driving Home Warranty sale strategies as they relate to new customer development, managing and developing current customer accounts, and focusing on customer retention.
- Establishes and maintain relationships with overall Home Warranty team, internal business partners, customers, and prospects.
- Ownership of communicating and operating the sales rep commission process, both with the team and with Finance.
- Participate and engage in functions, activities, strategies, and meetings that drive the growth and success of overall business.
- Communicate and provide recommendation and guidance across teams in the best of interest of IGS.
