Full-time project designer and project manager. Currently working on several lobby and restroom renovation projects in the suburban market.

Responsible for syllabus management, lectures, assignments, projects and exam development for the following courses: Commercial Design III (Fall, 4 Credits), CADD (Spring, 4 Credits) & Google SketchUp

Responsible for team leadership, project design, coordination, construction documentation, construction management and furniture specifications. Three significant projects I worked on were: A PFPC facilities campus reorganization project encompassing 80,000 SF at a project cost of $3M; A conversion of a 5,000 SF historic mansion into a corporate cafe for PFPC employees at a project cost of $1.7M; and the interior fit-out of a new 30,000 SF/$9M corporate headquarters building for Artesian Water Company. Other projects included branch renovations for PNC Bank and Wilmington Trust Co.
