As Chief Operating Officer I am responsible to help create clarity, focus, and accountability for our Equine and Dairy businesses. I do this by helping our teams prioritize opportunities and removing barriers. I am involved in a variety of projects that include B2B partnerships with mutiple entities, development of consumer programs, marketing strategy, and team execution of our go-to-market plan.

Provide input and direction for strategic business growth. Develop partnerships with key customers.Lead growth strategies with new ventures and focus on driving new business processes to improve the overall health of the business. Core focuses of risk management, online marketing strategy, operations, and long-term planning.

The Fusion SC board devotes its time to governing, providing direction, and securing that the mission of the organization stays on course. In addition to setting the mission and values of the club, our board also provides the ongoing evaluation that the mission is being lived to its fullest potential. Monitoring the effectiveness of programming while ensuring adequate financial resources and proper financial oversight is in place. We are responsible for club strategy and development of leadership of 100+ employees. We currently have ~5000 kids playing soccer in our club and it is our privilege to help every one of them enjoy the game.

Develop youth soccer players in year-round schedule including practices, games, and tournaments. Position requires organization, high-level soccer acumen, practice strategies, and the ability to effectively communicate with both parents and kids.

Accountable for growing Cargill Animal Nutrition’s participation and profitability in the retail/farm store market largely focused on the USA business. This position required me to lead national business strategies with regional and local execution while building capabilities of people, assets, and activities for the customers we served.Led the Marketing and National Sales teams to support and grow the business which has had ~$500 Million in annual sales.I was also involved in leading M&A strategies and due dilligence for the Ag Retail Category to support long term strategic growth.
