Current• Natural agency services professional responsible for helping build, inspire and nurture strong client service, creative, and development teams; ensuring daily, weekly and monthly reporting on revenue, utilization, and profitability; and managing the agency to target levels of revenue growth and profit • Counterpart to CEO, help align the operations, client relations, and cultural success of the agency• Maintain close contact with the agency’s clients, ensuring all relationships are healthy and intervening when appropriate• Ensure that opportunities for new business are developed, pursued, and converted• Work closely with the CEO and develop new business processes to define strategy and provide support for new business pursuits• Heavily involved in pitches and new business activity, ensuring optimum productivity and success• Mentor business leaders within the agency, supporting them in the management and success of their teams, improving client satisfaction scores and account retention• Built partnerships with senior creative and planning leaders to ensure the agency delivers results-oriented creative work that generates measurable business returns for our clients• Continually audit internal departments and outside resources to assure that they are in alignment with the agency’s needs and goals• Support and encourage the agency’s culture and long-term strategy
